By accessing or using the Averor platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Averor provides an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) monitoring and reporting platform. We provide tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting based on various international standards (GRI, SASB, etc.) and local regulations.

3. Data Accuracy and Liability

While we strive to provide accurate emission factors and regulatory guidance, Averor is a software tool, not a legal or environmental consultancy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input and the final reports generated. We do not guarantee that using our Service will ensure compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

5. Subscription and Payments

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
